1) What is OVERSIZE?

Normally Oversized is treated as plus-size but Oversized fashion, distinct from plus-sized fashion, consists of clothing and other accessories that are larger than normal and reflect some sort of attitude, message, or trend of the period at hand.

2) What to do if I cannot choose my size?

You may always contact us through chat in the right corner or leave ur contact information (preferably E-MAIL address) and one of our staff members would be more than happy to assist you to choose the perfect size for you.

3) What payment methods do you provide and how to pay?

Currently, you can pay with any payment method supported by PayPal and Credit/Debit Card.

Please note that We does not collect your credit/debit car number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transaction on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

4) What to expect after placing an order?

After you placed your order it will take us 2-4 days to process it and ship to you.

5) How long will the delivery take?

Delivery would normally take 7-20 days (order processing is not included), depends on the country and city you located in. We also provide express delivery, but we might ask for an additional fee. You may contact us to get more details about express delivery.

6) How can I track my order?

After your order was processed you will automatically receive an e-mail with your order tracking number and you will be able to use any website for package tracking.

7) Can I return my order if the cloth doesn't fit or was damaged during transportation?

We do provide a return service but you need to contact our customer service first.So, we can deal with it according to your actual situation. Although if the cloth was damaged during the transportation you might submit a request to our staff and they will help you to exchange the damaged product for a new one. You'd need to provide us proof, such as pictures or videos of the damaged product you received.
