We offer free delivery on any order and therefore, original shipping charge is non-refundable. Each item can only be exchanged once，please confirm the new size that needs to be replaced before your returning process.

To ensure your return or exchange experience, please follow the steps below:

3. The exchanged items and sizes may be various on current inventory status, we may not guarantee it will be in stock for exchanges. In this case, a refund will be automatically proceeded;

5. We encourage you to provide us a valid tracking number on your returning item(s), by doing this the returning process may be faster;
6. We may charge you accurate shipping cost with official quote on returning item(s);
7. The new item will be delivered after we receive your returned one;
8. We will provide tracking number after the new item(s) sent and you will be able to track the package at https://t.17track.net .
• The refund process may take up to 7 business days after we received your returned item(s).
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
